We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of every tool we make. Each product is made with care, using materials chosen for their durability and aesthetics—and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If you’ve changed your mind or something’s not quite right, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery—as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. Prefer to swap it for something else? We’re happy to offer exchanges within 14 days, provided the item hasn’t been used and is returned in its original condition.
To arrange a return or exchange:
Email us at info@craftygatherer.co.nz with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
Once approved, you’ll need to send the item back to us at your own cost.
When we receive the item, we’ll issue a refund (minus original shipping) or exchange it for something else if you prefer.
Please note: Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
We offer a 5-year warranty from the date of delivery for any defects or faults due to manufacturing; these may include:
Faulty welds, handles, structural issues, material defects that affect the performance or longevity of the tool.
What’s not covered:
Normal wear and tear from use.
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper storage.
Cosmetic blemishes that do not affect function.
If your product is found to be defective or faulty within this period, and the issue is not due to fair wear and tear, misuse, or circumstances outside our control, we will (at our discretion) repair, replace, or refund the item.
All items must be returned and inspected before any refund, repair, or replacement will be granted.
We also believe in repairing over replacing wherever possible. If your item is outside of the warranty period, or the issue doesn’t fall under warranty, please get in touch—chances are we can help with repairs or spare parts to keep your tool going strong.
If you believe your tool has a warranty issue, please email us at info@craftygatherer.co.nz with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. We’ll assess it and respond as promptly as we can.
We believe in repairing over replacing whenever possible. If something breaks outside the warranty period, or if you need help caring for your tool, reach out—we may be able to repair it or guide you in fixing it yourself.
