We take care in packing and sending your order with the same attention to detail we put into making our tools. All of our packaging is plastic-free —using recyclable or compostable materials wherever possible. We ship all over New Zealand and also offer international shipping by request.

New Zealand Shipping

We ship all over New Zealand using NZ Post, tracked courier services.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order.
If your address is rural, please select the rural delivery option at checkout. If this isn't selected, and only standard shipping is paid, we’ll be in touch to arrange the additional cost before your order is shipped

Auckland/Waikato/Bay of Plenty:
Small packages NON rural: $8
Small packages RURAL: $13.50
Large packages NON rural: $14
Large packages RURAL: $19.50

Estimated delivery time once sent: 1–3 working days.
Rural add 2-3 more days to delivery time.

North Island:
Small packages NON rural: $13
Small packages RURAL: $18.50
Large packages NON rural: $23
Large packages RURAL: $28.50

South Island
Small packages NON rural: $16

Pick-Up 
If you're local to the Bay of Plenty, you’re welcome to pick up your order from us by arrangement. You will need to email us to arrange this, and we can refund the shipping part, pick up is rural.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship internationally!

We regularly send our tools overseas and are happy to provide accurate shipping quotes for your specific location. If you’re outside of New Zealand and would like to place an order, please get in touch with us directly at info@craftygatherer.co.nz or via our contact page.

Order Processing
